Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
Reservations are confirmed once a valid credit/debit card has been provided and the booking confirmation has been issued. A deposit or full prepayment may be required depending on the selected rate plan. Payment and cancellation conditions are displayed during the booking process. Non-Refundable reservations are charged in full and are non-refundable.
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €200 security deposit is required for all stays. For stays of up to 30 days, the deposit will normally be held as a pre-authorisation on a valid credit/debit card. For stays exceeding 30 days, the €200 security deposit will be charged instead. The pre-authorisation will be released, or the charged deposit refunded, after departure, provided there are no damages, missing items or exceptional cleaning costs.
 
PETS
Pets are accepted upon request at €15 per night (maximum 2 pets). Only well-behaved pets are accepted. Pets must not cause disturbance, be left alone if they suffer from separation anxiety, or enter the swimming pool area. We reserve the right of admission in case of inappropriate behaviour.
 
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Access instructions, including apartment details and keyless entry information, are sent before arrival. A valid identification document is required for guest registration.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior confirmation. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the nightly rate. After 6:00 PM, 100% of the nightly rate applies.
 
HOUSEKEEPING & GENERAL CONDITIONS
Housekeeping is included every 3 days. Additional cleaning is available for €30. Extra towels are available for €10 each.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Guests are required to respect the property, other guests and quiet hours.
 
ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
One accessible accommodation with one designated accessible parking space is available upon request and subject to availability. Free public parking is also available around the property, subject to availability.
All prices include the applicable VAT as required by law.
